CSCS and the FISS/CSCS managers have given some flexibility on the renewal of expiring cards, increasing the grace period from 6 to 12 months, but FaCT are also working with our awarding body to help you undertake some of this training before you need to go back to work. Our touch screen test centres, as with all test centres have been closed by CSCS but we can deliver training and some assessments via our new
LIVE ONLINE LEARNING
FaCT currently have four products that we have developed and are offering to our clients old and new
• Health & Safety Awareness Training, with the level 1 qualification (£155 + VAT) saving £20
• Vocational training courses (£80 + VAT) £50 for the first 100 places saving nearly £40

• Level 3 Diploma in Fencing – Supervisors Qualification
FaCT are now able to support learners, progress through this qualification, with online mentoring and evidence collection and with access to all paperwork via our new LIVE ONLINE LEARNING platform. All this can be completed at home followed by one (or two) final visits to your workplace, after the social distancing requirements have been lifted.
• Funded package of Vocational Training, Level 2 Diploma in Fencing and the Blue FISS/CSCS Card
This funded package, which FaCT has been delivering from the beginning of the year, with great uptake has now been moved online.
Via our LIVE ONLINE LEARNING platform, we will provide all the training of the package, CAT, Abrasive Wheels, Safe use of Power Tools, Health and Safety Awareness and Manual Handling.
The learner induction and weekly mentoring will also take place on a one to one basis, online.
All this work can be completed at home followed by 3 or 4 onsite visits to complete work-based assessment, after the social distancing requirements have been lifted.
FaCT has reduced the overall cost to the business and will spread the payment over 3 equal instalments of £250 (+ VAT) per month saving £100.
