Corrugated Roofing & Cladding

Tinman Steels Ltd can provide three different cover widths in corrugated roofing and cladding, also known as “wriggly tin.” Our 13.5/3 profile has a cover width of 991mm, the 10/3 profile has a cover width of 762mm, and the 8/3 profile has a cover width of 610mm. Each cover width is designed to cover the given spans on each profile with an additional overlap for the next sheet.

Box Profile

Box profile steel sheeting is a contemporary alternative to traditional 3″ corrugated (wriggly tin) metal roofing sheets. While initially used for industrial buildings, its modern appearance has made box profile steel cladding increasingly popular among our customers compared to the traditional 3″ corrugated profile. In this section, Tinman Steels Ltd showcases its standard range of two different box profile coated steel profiles: 0.5mm and 0.7mm, in three different coatings: galvanized, polyester paint coated, and PVC plastisol coated.

Tile Effect Roofing

Our tile effect metal roofing sheet offers the desired look of traditional clay or slate tiles while providing the advantages of steel roofing sheets. These sheets are significantly lighter than traditional tiles, and their installation is fast and easy, comparable to standard box profile or corrugated roofing sheets. Tinman Steels Ltd offers tile effect sheeting in all standard PVC plastisol colors, available in 0.5mm or 0.7mm with the option of an anti-condensation drip-stop backing.

Certified Insulated Roof Panel

The JI Roof PIR LPCB certified Trapezoidal Insulated Roof Panel is designed for pitched roofs or as an external insulated cladding panel for industrial, commercial, and public buildings, whether used horizontally or vertically. With both metal inner and outer sheets, the panel combines thermal resistance with large spans. It can be applied with a minimum pitch of 4° or more after deflection. We offer insulated composite cladding manufactured to your desired specifications, directly from our manufacturing facility.

GRP Fibreglass Roof Lights

Tinman Steels offers a wide range of GRP fiberglass roof lights to meet your roofing needs. These roof lights are available in different weights, ranging from liner panel at 1.83kg/m² to profiled sheets at 2.44kg/m², 3.00kg/m², 3.60kg/m², 4.50kg/m², and 5.50kg/m². We can also provide different classes of GRP fiberglass roof lights, with class 3 products typically used for agricultural or unmanned buildings and class 1 fire-rated products for manned buildings. Our range of GRP roof light products includes Agri-sheet, Farmlite, and Trilite.
