In addition to Injected Polyurethane Foam Insulation, we have the expertise to install various types of pipe and vessel thermal insulation and jacketing. This includes PIR, PUR, Phenolic, Stonewool, and Armaflex sections, as well as PIB, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or Venture Clad ®, Jacketing and Vapor Barriers.

Our Services:

1. In-Situ Injected Polyurethane Insulation System:
Our in-situ polyurethane injection system is a market leader that provides consistent, high-quality insulation. The injection system applies a continuous unbroken layer of insulation, resulting in fewer weak points compared to traditional sectional insulation.

2. Pipe and Vessel Thermal Insulation:
We offer various methods of thermal insulation for pipes and vessels, including PIR, PUR, Phenolic, Rockwool/Stonewool, and Armaflex sections. We also provide finishes such as PIB, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or Venture Clad ®. If you require a finish not mentioned, please contact us for more information.

3. Valve and Flange Jacketing:
Our removable Valve and Flange Jackets are durable, easily maintainable, and act as insulation and vapor barriers. We offer different forms of insulation for these jackets based on your specific needs.

4. Pre-Insulated Pipe:
Our pre-insulated pipe is suitable for hot and cold purposes and can be used internally or externally on industrial and commercial premises. Manufactured with our polyurethane injection system and finished with HDPE outer casing, we also offer other finishes upon request. Pre-insulated pipes are quick to install, resulting in minimal disruption to your business.

5. Laser Cutting:
Using our Mazak® 1Kw Laser Profiler, we can cut a variety of flat-sheet materials up to a thickness of 6 mm. Laser cutting provides precise and high-quality surface finishes. To request a quote for laser cutting, please email us a drawing in DXF format.

6. Sheet Metal Fabrication:
Our team can manufacture sheet metal casing according to your specific requirements for insulation or HVAC purposes. We can also fabricate according to your specific standards, sizes, and designs. Drawings in DXF format are preferred, but we can assess drawings in other formats as well. Popular materials include Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Stucco, but we can accommodate other materials upon request.

7. High Density Pipe Supports:
Our in-house manufactured HD Pipe Supports with metal saddles are made to order using high-density foam board. These supports provide excellent support to pipes before insulation is applied.
