What is chiptuning? Most modern cars in the United Kingdom utilize a computer that regulates various aspects such as fuel quantity, starting time, turboburst, and more. By modifying or adjusting these parameters, we can enhance the efficiency and torque of turbo engines, resulting in better utilization of the motor. Advantages of chiptuning include optimized performance and reduced fuel consumption.
How do we perform chiptuning? We extract the ECU control box from your vehicle which contains a memory chip responsible for sending information to your vehicles engine. This chip is removed and its stored information is read using a specialized PC. We then modify the parameters on the chip to increase horsepower and decrease fuel consumption. Once the chip is reinstalled and the ECU is replaced in the vehicle, the tuning process is completed.
