Freeplan:
The FREEPLAN® floor, created using a multidirectional casting method, eliminates the need for saw-cut joints. Through proven design methods, a solid understanding of concrete behavior, expertise in steel fiber reinforced concrete technology, and continuous monitoring of the production process, Twintec is able to guarantee the delivery of a completely homogeneous industrial floor without saw-cut joints.

Ultimate:
The Twintec ULTIMATE® floor slab meets the ultimate requirements of the end user by providing a completely seamless floor slab without any opening joints throughout the entire area. This reduces ongoing maintenance for MHE equipment, as there are no joints to navigate.

Twinplan:
The TWINPLAN® floor incorporates all the qualities of the FREEPLAN® concept, offering a jointless product. It is particularly suitable for use in the logistics sector, aiming to improve operational efficiency in very narrow aisle storage areas. VNA storage slabs in industrial flooring experience the highest loads and must meet the strict flatness and levelness requirements outlined in industry standards like TR34 (Superflat and CAT1) or DIN 15185.

Freeplan-S:
The FREEPLAN-S® slabs on piles are delivered with the DBG concept (Design – Build – Guarantee). As a specialist concrete flooring contractor, Twintec provides a complete design service delivered by professional engineers. They can advise on the best piling system, possible enlarged pile heads, edge detail, and more. All Twintec designs are completely free of charge.
