Urban Marque Ltd is a family-owned and operated company based in Cambridgeshire, operating throughout the United Kingdom. For decades, our Directors and Partners have been designing and installing engineered timber frame buildings in the UK and European markets, including schools, leisure buildings, apartment blocks, hotels, and retail outlets. In 2015, Urban Marque Ltd was established to meet the demand for quickly constructed luxury housing that complies with the UK Caravan Acts, while maintaining the high quality and comfort we are known for in our eco-friendly, modern homes.

Our companys foundation is built on traditional business ethics and honesty, which remain our guiding principles today. We have an outstanding reputation in the industry, demonstrated by our credentials.

At Urban Marque, we offer a range of standard designs from our brochure, as well as the option for a bespoke luxury mobile home designed by you. We supply directly to the public and the leisure industry, with various build routes available, from Structural DIY Kits for self-builders to a fully installed service. Our core products include:

Luxury Bespoke Lodges & Annexes:
These lodges are designed for residential buyers to install on their own properties. They are also known as Static Caravans, Granny Annexes, Mobile Homes, or Log Cabins. These single-story buildings have residential capacity and often do not require planning permission, subject to individual circumstances. Relevant legislation includes the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, The Caravan Sites Act 1968, and revisions made in 2006.

Luxury Park Homes:
These units are designed for Park Home operators who want to offer their users high-quality units at competitive prices. Our designs are customized to suit your specific site, making the most of views and complementing the local environment. Our Park Homes exceed the standards set by BS 3632:2015, ensuring low running costs and long-term durability. They are suitable for year-round residential occupation, allowing you to maximize your return on investment.

Design:
We pride ourselves on not offering “standard” Lodges & Park Homes. We believe that all our clients should have the freedom to choose, so we welcome your input in designing your own building. We recognize that everyone is unique, and your lodges should reflect that.

Urban Marque Benefits:
– Manufactured according to your unique design, all we need is a sketch.
– Fully insulated floors, walls, and roofs, with thicknesses and insulation materials specified to ensure thermal efficiency.
– Vapour barriers installed in external walls and roof.
– Extensive range of external finishes to choose from.
– Double-glazed units filled with argon gas and featuring low-E glass.
– Breather membrane with clear air cavity installed as standard.
– No need for excavation of foundations.

Our mobile homes and garden lodges can be designed to meet the requirements of Planning and Building Regulations, even if planning permission is not required.
